Why I Created Her Life Force

I created Her Life Force because I know what it feels like to lose touch with yourself.

Like so many women, I have spent years caring for others, raising a family, building businesses, navigating major life changes, and pushing through difficult seasons. There were times when I felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and as though I was living in survival mode. I knew I was strong, but I did not always feel energized, vibrant, or fully connected to the woman I truly was.

Through more than 20 years of practicing and teaching qigong, along with breathwork, meditation, healthy nutrition, mindset work, and energy healing, I learned that we can rebuild our energy. We can release what has been weighing us down, reconnect with our bodies, and begin making conscious choices that support the life we want to live.

I am Linda, a mother of five, entrepreneur, longtime qigong teacher, pranic healer, transformational coach, and woman who has walked through both beautiful and challenging chapters. I do not believe wellness is about perfection. I believe it is about returning to yourself, one small choice at a time.

Her Life Force was created for women, especially in midlife, who are tired of feeling depleted, disconnected, or as though their best years are behind them. This is a space for women who want to feel stronger, calmer, more confident, and more alive.

The name Her Life Force represents the powerful energy within every woman. It is the vitality that helps us heal, create, move forward, and live with purpose. Sometimes that energy becomes buried beneath stress, responsibilities, hormonal changes, old emotions, and years of putting ourselves last — but it is still there.

My deepest desire is to help women reconnect with that energy and remember that they are not broken, too old, or too late. Her Life Force is here to offer supportive products, practical tools, mindful movement, education, and inspiration to help women nourish their bodies, raise their energy, and live with greater passion and vitality.

This is more than a wellness store. It is an invitation to come back to yourself, reclaim your life force, and feel fully alive again.
